About Vittoria
Ciao, I’m Vittoria.
Medicine taught me how to read the body from the inside. Yoga taught me how to respect it. Pilates taught me how to make it strong without forcing it. Mindfulness taught me how to listen to it in the stillness. Mindful Eating taught me how to nourish it with intention.
Today, I work as a dentist and aesthetic doctor. Over the years I’ve earned certifications as a Yoga Alliance teacher, a CONI certified Pilates instructor specializing in women’s training, a Mindfulness facilitator, and a Mindful Eating teacher.
My intention was not to collect credentials; each discipline handed me a piece of something bigger.
From all of this came The Radiant Facelift: my signature face training method rooted in anatomy, body awareness, and intelligent movement. It’s not skincare. It’s not aesthetics. It’s reconnection.
My approach is grounded in facial anatomy and in the understanding that the face does not exist in isolation. The way we hold the jaw, the neck, the shoulders, our posture, our breath, and even the way we carry stress all leave traces on the face.
That is why The Radiant Facelift is not about forcing movements or repeating exercises without understanding.
It is a method that brings together facial awareness, targeted activation, release, and intelligent movement to help each person work with their own patterns in a more natural and sustainable way.
The Radiant Facelift Method
My work is grounded in the idea that the face cannot be understood in isolation.
The way we hold the jaw, the neck, the shoulders, our breath, our posture, and even the way we carry stress all leave traces on the face. This is why my method is not based on repetition for its own sake, or on forcing movement into areas that need more tension release than effort.
Instead, I teach an approach that combines facial anatomy, targeted activation, release work, self-massage, body awareness, and mindful practice. The aim is to help each person understand their own patterns more clearly and work with them in a natural, sustainable way.
My approach
I believe in practice that is informed, precise, and kind.
Some muscles need support. Others need softness. Some expressions are overused. Others have become less alive over time. Through careful guidance, I help students build a better relationship with their face, not by trying to “fix” it, but by learning how to inhabit it differently.
For me, real change comes through awareness, consistency, and intelligent movement. When practice is grounded in understanding, it becomes both more effective and more enjoyable.
