Orders and delivery

Product descriptions explain what is included before purchase. The Gua Sha Ritual Experience includes a physical Gua Sha tool, a digital guide and a suggested daily ritual; it does not include a private consultation. Prices are shown in euros. Any delivery charge is displayed before payment. Order confirmation is sent by email, and the digital guide is supplied to the email address used for the order.

Withdrawal and returns

If you buy a physical product online as a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email hello@vittoriasantoliquido.com before the deadline, stating your name and order number. You may also use this wording: “I hereby withdraw from my purchase of [product], ordered on [date] and received on [date].”

Return the item within 14 days of notifying us. You pay the direct return shipping cost. We will refund the amount paid, including the least expensive standard delivery option offered, using the original payment method within 14 days of your notice. We may wait until we receive the item or proof that you sent it back. You are responsible only for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Including a digital guide in the Experience does not automatically remove withdrawal rights relating to the physical Gua Sha. Your statutory rights concerning faulty or non-conforming products remain unaffected.

Classes, workshops and educational content

Prices, dates and any booking-specific conditions for classes, workshops or training are provided with the relevant offer. Website content and practices are educational and do not replace individual medical advice. Results vary. Text, images, guides and course materials may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Privacy

Vittoria Santoliquido is the data controller. We use the contact, order, delivery and payment-related information you provide to answer enquiries, fulfil purchases and meet legal obligations. Website, payment and delivery providers receive data where needed for those purposes. Marketing emails are sent only if you separately subscribe. Data is kept for the time needed for these purposes and for applicable legal record-keeping periods.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict certain processing, request portability where applicable, withdraw marketing consent, or complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority. Contact hello@vittoriasantoliquido.com to exercise your rights.

Italian law applies, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections or rules on the competent court.
