In a group class, the method guides everyone. In a private session, the method is shaped entirely around you, your anatomy, your tension patterns, your rhythm, your goals.
Whether you want to deepen your face yoga practice, work on posture and strength through Pilates, reconnect with your body through Yoga, or transform your relationship with food through Mindful Eating, each session is built on the same foundation: medical expertise, anatomical awareness, and intelligent movement.
Sessions are held online via Google Meet, 50 minutes, in Italian or English.

FACE YOGA & FACIAL ANATOMY - THE RADIANT FACELIFT METHOD
Private Face Yoga
A 1:1 session built on the principles of The Radiant Facelift; your personal guide to understanding your face, releasing chronic tension, and retraining the muscles that define your expression and lift. No generic exercises. Every movement is chosen based on your anatomy and your specific patterns.
We may work on targeted muscle activation, self-massage, lymphatic drainage, jaw and neck release, postural correction, and building a personal practice you can continue at home.

Private Yoga Session
Yoga taught by a medical doctor who understands the body from the inside. Each private session is shaped around your needs — whether you want to build a grounded practice from the beginning, deepen existing work, or use yoga to address tension patterns that show up on your face and body.
Vittoria's approach integrates breath, anatomical precision, and mindful movement. The same intelligence she brings to face yoga, applied to the whole body.

Private Pilates for Women
Whether you are building strength from a stable foundation, working on posture that affects both your body and your face, or returning to movement after a period of rest, each session is designed entirely around you.
The connection between posture, the jaw, and facial structure is direct. Misaligned shoulders and a held neck leave visible traces on the face over time. This is not just Pilates — it is Pilates for the whole system.

Mindful Eating Session
How you nourish yourself shapes everything: your skin, your energy, your relationship with your body. Mindful Eating is not a diet. It is a practice of attention: learning to recognise hunger and satiety, to eat with intention rather than habit, and to build a relationship with food that feels natural and sustainable.
Vittoria brings the same slow, anatomically curious approach to nourishment that she brings to movement; listening to the body first, then guiding it gently toward what actually serves it.

Select your session type and book directly via Whatsapp. Choose the date and time that works — it's confirmed immediately, no back-and-forth.

Short Intake
Before your first session, Vittoria will ask a few questions about your goals, physical history, and what you want to take away from the work together.

Your Session
50 minutes on Google Meet, entirely focused on you. In Italian or English. You are guided, supported, and heard throughout.

Your Practice
After each session you receive a short personalised summary — what to continue, what to observe, and how to build your practice between sessions.

I have a degree in Dentistry, a master's in aesthetic medicine, and an in-depth background in yoga.
Medicine taught me how to read the body from the inside. Yoga taught me how to respect it. Pilates taught me how to make it strong without forcing it. Mindfulness taught me how to listen to it in stillness. Mindful Eating taught me how to nourish it with intention.
From all of this came The Radiant Facelift — and from that method, the private sessions you find here. Each one carries the same philosophy: understand first, then move.
