THE ADVANCED ART OF EXPRESSION

Learn to observe, understand and re-educate facial expression through awareness, presence and intelligent movement.

Our expressions tell a story.

The way we smile, look, concentrate or protect ourselves can create recurring patterns of activation and tension in the face. Over time, these patterns may become automatic, influencing both how the face moves and how we experience our own image.

The Advanced Art of Expression is the second level of The Radiant Facelift Face Yoga Teacher Training.

This advanced programme moves beyond individual exercises to explore facial expression as a complex interaction between anatomy, neuromuscular habits, emotions, awareness and self-perception.

You will learn how to observe expressive patterns without judgement, identify unnecessary muscular tension and guide practices that encourage more balanced, intentional facial movement while preserving each person’s natural expressiveness.

THE NEXT LEVEL OF YOUR FACE YOGA EDUCATION

Level 1 teaches you to understand facial anatomy and build safe, balanced practices.

Level 2 teaches you to observe how the face moves in real life.

You will explore how habitual expressions involve the eyes, forehead, mouth, jaw, breath and posture—and how awareness, release, targeted movement and mindful touch can support facial re-education.

The purpose is not to suppress emotion or create an immobile face.

It is to help people remain expressive, natural and alive while developing a more conscious relationship with the movements they repeat every day.
